We have been waiting months to cancel and transfer our line as we moved recently. Each time we hear the same story and that they will contact us which never materialised! And now we apparently have to pay a service fee before the line will even be moved, an amount which we are getting billed for which the service which we have not even had access to! We use this asdl line for business purposes and my business phone runs off of the adsl, needless to say my business has come to a standstill!! Who will pay my loss of income due to your incompetent staff and service, and the damage to my reputation! NO THANKS TELKOM, KEEP YOUR SERVICE PLEASE AND IF WE EVER RECEIVE A BILL FOR SERVICE NOT PROVIDED THIS WILL BE TAKEN TO THE NEXT LEVEL!!
We've paid something like R18 000 to move into a ****roach infested, dirty, broken, filthy walled apartment. No thanks Rent me buy me. You promised a steam clean paint and fix. This particular estate agent has no pride in her job and needs to be fired.
Ive phoned the call center numerous time, get told the same thing over and over and I'm still waiting for an sms. 3 months later and now they want payment? For what my line hasn't been used in 3 months! Terrible agents, they all talk rubbish.
