disgusting behavior from the casternhof nurses
I was admitted at casternhoff hospital on the 7th november till the 18th november the nurses working night shift had attitude and don't have empathy for patients.On the 17th they didn't give me pills and rushed the following morning on the 18th to leave the pills on my table,,when i ask the nurse she gave me attitude telling me she had woken me up and i didn't wake up soo she left the medication...She didn't even show any remorse or being sorry for what she did..To think of we pay lot of money to be getting a disqusting treatment like this is not on..I have been using casternhoff hospital for over 14years but this was the last time i set foot in there and will never even recommend any of my family members to ever use it again...Our life matters and the nurses just think they can treat you how ever they want its not gonna hold......and i will be happy to see this matter dealt with and that nurse moved from patients.

scamming people
i have applied for the loan and i was told i qualify for R20 000,00 but 1st i have to pay R1499 for lawyers then money wil be transfered withing 15min and i payed then i was told to pay R2500 to pay for insurance and i did then told to pay R2250 to register with Hsbc so that my money can be transfered and i refused as i feel that now its too much and they keep demanding money after money of which i wanted a loan from them...I wanted my refund from fast loan as i am no longer interested and i feel scammed and they refused to refund me...

Lack of service
Both my ex husband and I claimed for divorce and I claimed before him but to my surprise they payed him about a month ago and I am still waiting.always when I call they tell me they are still busy with the process and one of the call centre agent was also surprised why I am still waiting to be paid... And always when I call no supervisors are available and call centre agents has no answers..
