Took in my xt-4 for repairs to my hot shoe, assumed it had been properly tested, the hot shoe was fixed and yet my sensor was shaky (A new, very problematic issue). Took it back in, received it, asked after the issue, got a very vague answer in return. Tested it myself and the issue was still there. It has now gone in for the third time, this time I did receive feedback (Communication during every repair process is non existent until the repair has been completed thus far) was told it was being tested, then received word it would be delivered today, great! Well its 17:00... No camera. I phoned at 14:45 looking for feedback, apparently there was a conference, phoned 2 hours later, Latifah is no longer present. I have given ample opportunities for Fuji South Africa to do a decent job, adore the brand itself but the repairs? ******* Update: I have received my camera, graciously packed with not even a slither of care. Lens on battery in and still the SAME issue, it took me 2 seconds to see. I'm not quite sure what degree of incompetence it takes to repair a camera "test it" and not see a shaky sensor, an issue I didn't even have until a repair on my HOTSHOE was done. Don't buy a Fuji and if you do don't dare repair it at their premises.
Contacted Wian Flynn in regards to installing solar for our home. Paid the full amount (R130 000) back in 2022. He installed the battery, inverter and racks for the panels and then proceeded to make excuses regarding the panels. For over 6 months and then simply disappeared. We are aware of 3 other clients with similar stories.

So here I am, I lost my lens cap and my lens’s grip is loose. The solution is simple right? Take it to Fujifilm South African. Apparently not. After asking for these parts upon giving in my camera for a service. NOTHING. After collecting said camera and asking after it again and being reassured the parts will be found. NOTHING. After an email asking yet again for these parts and upon receiving a response asking that they order afore mentioned parts. NOTHING. Here I sit four months later. After an emailing explaining my four month struggle and insisting upon a response or threating to go to social media I receive a call. They CANNOT repair NOR order the parts I need. Fujifilm South Africa cannot offer a repair or spare on a FUJI lens?! After sale service? Deplorable.
