****mers keep on taking money and they made it as if u have purchased with them deductions even if u have canceled subscriptions.
Cancelation of subscriptions with them it's a hell. They keep on deducting meanwhile they rep**** and said they have canceled subscription they deduction is too much.
I got the papers and was told to collect the disc at post office. I went to post office and was told by post office they don't do duplicate I need to go to traffic department I called the guy again and he told me he don't know it's suppose to be at post office. I left and went to traffic departments
Since I bought generic Pit 811 Solar panel the 27th Nov hope everyone recalls. All replies from Makro is buying time they stall time rep**** on the 17th Dec they decided to cancel and refund within 14 days. Same thing they sent emails to rate them. Which still rate them bad. They sent email again apologizing blaming still supplier waiting for them to cancel their order so to refund me. So exactly as I thought Makro is using customer mkney for their businesses how can they wait for supplier to cancel and refund me. As per company are they not suppose to use their capital for stock? Even today received email from to rate them
Makro rep**** their answer is a spit on my face as a customer. There is no business that will reply and say they have canceled my deal I will receive refund with 14 days. Without my agreement to cancelation. That was on the 17 Dec still when I check on their advertising they still advertise the same item their supplier fail to provide.I never agreed on their cancelation today is the 27th Dec item bought the 26 Dec it a month down the line with customer who hasn't received item or refund so as per makro they don't prioritize of their customers don't care how important we need the item. So again as they decided to cancel and Sai d they will deliver within 14 days so Makro has no shame to keep ther customer importance for a month. I'm sorry I think makro is using customers money for their business relieve if it can hold cusotme rmoney for a month without deliver. Every month company check how good was their turn over forgetting they took advantage of vulnerable customers
I have purchased item from Makro 27th November 2024, I haven't received my item (solar System) today they rep**** and said they are canceling my order and I will be refunded within 14days,because supplier failed to deliver so now customer need to fail to receive because their supplier fail to deliver. To my surprise I go on line still they advertise the same solar pit 811 so question is if supplier fails and still advertising the same item supplier fail do they need more customers o order same thing. I need makro to deliver since we'll they still advertise because it seems they don't have a problem with supplier as they still advertise. I bought PIT-811 solar panel with makro order done online, Order number MAK8316277 purchase was done on the 27th November 2024.tracking number and message said delivery will be done on the 5th Dec 2024.I called their number since Friday with no success 0860600999.I sent email to makro online email , email do go through. I called a Monday the 9th Dec 2024 and spoke to Thokoza who said they have badlock but will report hence my order should have gone out and delivered Thursday the 5th.since then till today I have been trying to do follow up with them.with no success. I believe that is how makro do business. Selling items online failing to communicate and to deliver meanwhile I paid and owe them nothing.pls help cause seriously I have never come across such poor service. I won't recommend anyone to do business with them due to failure to communicate and deliver
Good day I purchased a cellphone mint on Saturday the 6th around 13h12 and was told if I return it within 7days it will be changed.On Friday the 12 when I come back from work I was shown that the cellphone turns on immediately when you go to application it goes off again.I checked it and I decided to return it today which is Saturday morning. I was told it is not going to be exchange but it will be taken to repair agent.This is my problem obviously please assist.
