We were with Mithcell Properties for almost 4 years. The last place I rented was at Chez Danel. The apartment was in a terrible state when we first moved in. We were promised by Denise (one of the agents) that everything will be fixed once we moved in. The day we moved in , the toilet was a unhygienic risk. It couldn't flush and there were a leak. The basin was cracked as well. It took them 2 months to fix these issues. The admin on their side was a mess. My payments was always on time and sent to the same email. Suddenly I received a call from Debbie that my rent wasn't paid for the last two months. After a battle, she finally found the POP that were paid ON TIME. When my contract finally ended, and last rent was paid , I moved out. BUT I didn't receive my deposit yet. We called several times, but excuses like "the owner is still on holiday" or "the owner didn't get back to us yet". This is TERRIBLE SERVICE. I was phoned by a rude agent for rent that were not paid "on time", but it's no problem when they have to pay the money back.
