My experience company's visibility of customer care information 'receiving reception is like arriving at the front desk office with no receptionist
I was looking to sell my 2piece Caesars Bedroom Suite. This comprises of a dressing table and a head board (with a stool). A friend recommended Cash Crusaders (Lenasia, Pretoria). I duly obliged and contacted them late last year (early November 2017). I spoke to one of the consultants, Yusuf, who told me there was no space at the floor at the time but assured me that he'd call me back as soon as they did (the next Monday). He then enquired if I have WhatsApp so that I may send pictures of the product I wanted to sell. I WhatsApped them my particulars with all the info the asked me for, including pictures. The next Monday I contacted Cash Crusaders (Lenasia) and spoke to different representatives throughout the day. The next day I decided to just call the Cash Crusaders call centre, but did not get much help there either. I've since been in limbo with the store and thanks to their Customer Service - or lack thereof - I have wasted my time, airtime and efforts. Yusuf (if that's even his real name) from Cash Crusaders (Lenasia), your service sucks! Regards Wanya Tsotsi
