I purchased from OneDayOnly on the 13th October 2017. The goods were shipped via Pargo and I received the goods on the 20th October 2017. However the goods arrived broken, with no damage to the packaging. I logged a call with the help desk an hour later, and arrangements were made to collect the damaged goods were collected on the 24th October 2017 by Dawn Wing and returned for replacement. Today it is the 18th January 2018, and no replacement has been received as yet. I have followed up several times and been assured the replacement is on its way and should be here before Xmas (As it was supposed to be a Xmas present), however it never did. This morning I requested a refund, and as at 12:00 no response has been received as yet.
