I would not purchase anything if you are not able to view an 100 % test the product. Going on the recommendation an advise of the auctioneer as to whether an item works or not is definitely not advisable as I have experienced. If there was a mistake or false advertising then they should be able to acknowledge their mistake an try assist. The amount that a person is willing to pay is based on whether an item works or not. Do not say an item works and it does not. The description of this auctioneer can definitely not be trusted.. Do your own homework. Sometimes a bargain is not necessary a bargain.
I have given notice and cancelled my Telkom 8ta account in February 2017. I went into the store and completed the necessary documentation to cancel and port my number to another service provider. At the end of March I noticed that money was still being deducted from my account. I then proceeded to contact customer services whereby I was asked to resubmit my cancellation form which I did and have a record of that correspondence. I was assured that it will be done. During the course of the year I had to make contact with the customer service agents on numerous occasions to resubmit and request for my account to be cancelled. I was always assured that it will be escalated and done but this was not the case,they continued to deduct from my account. In January 2018, I once again noticed that money was deducted from my account. I now decided to go into the bank and request that they cancel the debit order, this request cost me money. The deductions every month has put me out of pocket and it is worrying to think that if a customer is late with payment they are quick to impose penalities or hand you over...I wonder how I will be reimbursed for the inconvenience, poor service delivery and interest on the money that they have deducted The customer service was the reason for me initially wanting to migrate to another service provider. I must say I am extremely happy with my new service provider and would recommend their services anytime. I hope this matter can be sorted out....
