Dear Sirs/Madam, Re: issues regarding contracts. I am highly disappointed on how I have been treated after so many years of being a loyal customer (with 10 various contracts) which are not the cheapest expenses. I have been uploading complaints on hello Peter as talking to consultants going into various Vodacom shops for service and no one can help. As a customer I have rights which should be sorted out with immediate response and clearly no one can help, so i will be taking further actions as I purchased a laptop last year and had problems for two months and now we have purchased another one and not even the first month R6000 was deducted from the account which is actually theft as the contract is only R300 and something a month and was then told they will refund my money in 14 working days. I am still waiting for my money and Vodacom still has the audacity to take off another installment after I have not received my big amount back. It’s is almost two months. This is unacceptable and I would like it to be solved with immediate effect as it is not fair on someone who works hard for there money and struggle and let other expenses bounce. Terrible service, shocking time frame, never get back to you. Uselsss incompetent sales team. Been waiting 1 month for an invoice.
I have paid into an old inccorect account and I have tried to contact Vodacom for assistance and nobody could assist me on this matter. I eat phone calls every 20 minutes and sms constantly. I’ve only but had the worst experience with the accounts department and in geneneral and I have quite a few contracts with you guys.
