I am constantly phoning about a debit order which is taken from my account for years now and everytime its reversed it gives me a bad name because even if I ask for telephone details on this debit order people because I did not sign for anything the numbers I get doesn't work but ABSA doesn't report this as fraus or doesn't stop it. The debit order doesn't go off every month but once a while and every time nothing get done about it when I complain that i did not sign for a debit order. WHY can't ABSA stop it completely or give it over to fraud department. I already tried to search on Internet for this company but cant get any satisfaction regarding the reference number what they use on the debit order. Im really sick and tired of asking and phoning and its costing me money which I do not have. WHY WHY
I had two cars and never claimed and according to the salesman it was very easy. Then change to 1 car. The also never claim due to bad service. Then everytime they still call to sell me an unlimited insurance although I had one. Every time I tell the lady I dont want it because car is sold and it must be cancelled and yet nothing is done about cancelling. Every month they still try and take money. I also include a statement as proof of non stop. They total owe me all my installments back. This is the poorest service I experienced in a long time from a company. See below that they still try and that cause that I have to pay for fees also. I want all my instalments paid back to me.
