Theives! They took my payment but I never received my parcel. They have blocked me on Instagram because I wrote a nehative comment. They don't respond to any email
My husband has his cellphone through telkom, our home internet is through telkom and our tablets are with telkom. In the beginning of January they disconnected us for non payment even though we paid. We have been fighting with them for a week now to get reconnected. We spend hours on the phone everyday to be told the same thing, E-mail the proof of payment. We have emailed the proof of payment to numerous consultant and managers and they tell us the same thing "you will be reconnected shortly" With each consultant they promise us we will be reconnected shortly. This is all after telkom have admitted the problem was on their side. This is impacting my husband's work as he works after hours for emergencies and his company can not get in contact with him. Ps. Telkom you don't deserve that star but I can't place my complaint without rating you. My personal rating -100 black dots. You don't deserve negative stars.
