Made an order and fully paid for it on the 28th of December 2018. Today is the 26th of March 2019 and the only means of communication is from their support desk which I have been constantly reaching out to. Delivery timelines say: 30 business days. I always get an automated response to say "Your order is on it's way! -the 2 dresses you ordered!" ... I ordered 1 dress, 1 jacket and 1 blouse. I can't even track my order because it says "cannot retrieve information at the moment, try again later. " I just need my money back or the stuff I ordered.

I ordered items in October 2018 and STILL haven't received it. After numerous generic emails I finally got a response in December with a tracking number, but the parcel was never delivered. Again after numerous emails someone finally resent the items in January 2019, but still this has not been delivered. I have now insisted on a refund. Hopefully I will get a refund before 2020.

This was simply the worst experience I have ever had. I NEVER write reviews for online purchases as I feel it is a risk that we take when we purchase products online but I cant seem to let this one slip as it was that bad! I purchased a total order of $170 CAD. With this I got 1 dress, 1 pair of earrings, sunglasses, 2 necklaces, and a small bunch of rings. To start, the order started to show up 6 weeks later and not even as one order. They showed or sporadically. The dress was the first to arrive, when I opened the package I was immediately disappointed that the dress I paid $65 for wasn't even worth $20 in a retail store. The necklaces and earrings came second, the overall quality was not in good standing as well. The rings then arrived completely bent out of shape..... The last to arrive was the sunglasses which didn't actually arrive until about 12 weeks after my purchase. Luckily I finally got through to someone the few emails I did receive back in which they refunded me for the sunglasses because of how long they took to arrive. As soon as I received them I threw them away. They are not wearable by any means. Completely bent out of shape and the worth quality sunglasses I have ever seen let alone purchased. The worst part was the amount of times I have tried to contact the company in regards to these ongoing issues with NO response or one that was not very helpful or understanding. I have never been one to let that kind of money ($170) just go to waste so I didn't hold back by trying to contact them. I have sent my order back should they even consider it when it arrives, I honestly doubt it... No wonder they don't give refunds and only in-store credits... Their products are not worth purchasing in the first place and the customer service is by far the worst I have ever encountered. If I even get an email saying that my return has been accepted then I will use my in-store credit just because I have already invested the money into this company but my overall hope would be to get my money back in full refund. I DO NOT recommend any purchases from this company.

I am so shocked at the pathetic approach to customers. Boho boutique jewelry has no way of being contacted. When you email their support line or contact them on Facebook you get an auto reply that refers you to FAQs, nobody reads the emails and they don't give a **** that your goods have not been delivered. I am at a loss.... No contact numbers and only the one email address. I have paid for stuff that according to the site has been delivered, to whom I have no idea, but definitely not to me.

I ordered a few items from this online store after seeing the site advertised on Facebook. The money went out of my account and I got an email confirming my order and tracking number. The delivery estimate was very vague (2-6weeks) so I sent them a message via Facebook enquiring as to when I will receive my order. They responded saying that it will be there within 6 weeks. 6 weeks came and went - this time when I sent them a message on Facebook I got no response. if you email them you get a generic response directing you to their FAQ page or the site tracking your order. I put the tracking number that they provided me with - my tracking number does not exist! To sum it up, this is a fake company with no real contact details or person, running a scam that is leaving everyone out of pocket - and when you want to warn people you can't as they just report your messages on their Facebook page... how many more people must get robbed before they get shut down??
