I have unfortunately has a bad experience with Ace Grinding & Sharpening in Epping , and would advise any other person starting a grooming business to not buy any equipment from them as then you will have to deal with them again and again for repairs. Rather go to Daro and purchase Oster products This business has no comprehension of customer service and will blame you when they consistently make mistakes.I have been consistently charged exorbitant rates for small electrical repairs... I was charged almost R2000 just to replace a cord and a circuit board on a clipper... When i needed a faulty cord on a pet dryer fixed , the manager tried to again charge me R2000 and I objected . I picked the dryer up and was told the carbon brushes needed to replaced and i agreed.Upon using it , it broke straight away. I believe my dryer was not fixed properly because i refused to pay a huge amount for a small repair.. I now have to drive all the way back to Epping from Hout Bay while the disgusting manager Karen doesn't answer any emails. Please stop wasting my time and playing games with your customers... it seems you use every opportunity just to suck every rand you can

This is the worst experience i have ever had at a hairdresser Studio 59 Hair Salon Wetton Paid R500 for half head highlights, hairdresser was inexperienced but i gave her benefit of the doubt . Color did not come out right as she did not leave toner in for long enough.. and she said i could back in to add more toner Hair was wet when i left so i could not fully see the color of all the highlights.. half were the right colour and the rest is yellow/orange After calling the salon and politely asking them to fix the issue I was given the run around with whoever(rude person) answers the phone that toner is not the issue like i am some kind of idiot. Was rudely asked why i waited so long when i had called the week before and spoken to the same rude person who said he would call me back and never did.. Absolutely rude and shocking customer service.. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere
Xplore Asia promised us a great school, instead only a few placement got a decent placement..I was put in the middle of nowhere in an awful school with a crooked agent. The staff were completely intolerant of a foreigner while the agent was only committed to getting every baht out of me..
