I have made full payment, I collected a bit more than the half quantity of the product I paid for, and they delivered the rest on time with timely follow-up and amicable communication. Great Service, good ethic.
Great Service. If there is a delay, they send SMS every two days to inform and apologize. Very few companies in SA have so respectful behavior. Many push to pay and simply refuse to communicate. This company is great , good business ethic. Good luck guys. Thanks again.

Netstar GO is a SCAM
This Netstar Go is a pure ****. Don’t give a try. They are liars and busy STEALING people’s money. On the December 01,2020, I have submitted the cancellation request in order for them to debiting my account – Based on their supposed agreement, they need 30 days notice, so for a notice submitted on the 1 rst of December, the cancellation should be effective within 30 days. Surprisingly when I receive the notification from my Bank, not only they didn’t Cancel the service BUT THEY HAVE DEBITED DOUBLE AMOUNT. And their online Chat agent has been lying saying the case was submitted to Finance Department, until today nothing has been done. If they don’t fix this **** before the end of JAN 2021, I will CANCEL EVERYTHING WITH THEM INCLUDING THE TRACKING SERVICE . THEY ARE A PURE SCAM.
