I must say the HBP guy went out there way to make sure our Christmas presents were delivered on time to our holiday house, After the holidays we had an issue with the one unit where the kids drove it off the curve. We took it in the HBP and they sorted out for us free of charge. They are definitely the right guys to buy from if you are looking for a Segway or Hoverboard.
