I have received this email from Mariska this morning at 5:12am (24.01.2018) "The Department of Labour advised us that agents and 3rd parties are no longer allowed to submit UIF claims on behalf of the applicant. This is unfortunate since this means you have to apply in person at the Department of Labour for UIF benefits. Please remember to take your Identity document with to the Department." I have requested from her... Since when was this law implemented? Can i then please have my original documents? And what about the payment i made for your services? ...No feedback yet ! Will all the other companies close ???
