This is how Rovalle Estates and Shahn Mott sell their property. Highly misleading
It is these type of South African real estate agents that give the industry a bad reputation. Please note, how they presented the property and how they delivered the property. You be the judge of this short video, called The Promise and The Delivery. As they say, pictures speak a thousand words. What you see is not necessarily what you get? Highly misleading designs and workmanship
Having been part of many SA developments and introducing foreign investors to South African business opportunities, I have never come across something this misleading. The building billboards, the real estate marketing, the designs by Karpinski Design sell the buyers one story. The delivery to me was beyond shocking. Furthermore, one of the representatives Tom Karpinski of Karpinski Design proceeded to threaten a young lady "she would regret it" is she exposed their work.
