F grade and lower produce and service from Checkers, Gauteng
I am SO DISGUSTED with the quality at Checkers Brentwood, Benoni, Gauteng. It's on the border of Benoni and Kempton Park. No matter what you buy you have to go back and exchange whatever it is. I just bought ice cream and had to take it back. It was ice, clearly it melted and they still just sell it. This is not the first time. Their food is either old, rotten ( especially their meat. It STINKS by the butchery, I refuse to buy meat there) This must be the WORST Checkers is SA. I WISH we had Pick n Pay back to service Pomona/Brentwood. We have the most DISGUSTING Checkers. Even the staff are rude. I am SO ****ED OFF with this ****hole of a Checkers. Checkers, you should be ashamed of yourself!!! Selling F grade **** to hard working South Africans. I am now fed up and sick of bad quality products and service

Typically bad service frome Frogfoot, NO connection ALL day...AGAIN
Once again we are offline. We have been off the whole day since 8am this morning. I personally believe Frogfoot deserves ZERO stars. You can't rate them cos there's nothing to rate. NO SERVICE whatsoever. Sadly Homeconnect is affiliated with them and this gives Homeconnect a bad name as well

Do NOT use frogfoot
I would most definitely NOT recommend Frogfoot fiber. There is ALWAYS a problem. To put up a review you need to click at least one star and they do not even deserve a half a star. I do not understand why Homeconnect is using them. This also gives Homeconnect a bad name. It's a Saturday night and we have no fiber!!! They should give us credit for all the times we are off

Off-line AGAIN
Once again we are offline. We are with Homeconnect who uses Frogfoot. I have complained sooo many times I can't count. They don't even deserve one star

Frogfoot DOWN AGAIN. NOT RECOMMENDED
So here we go AGAIN!!! We were off on 13th Feb Frogfoot Fibre was down and now today 21st Feb Frogfoot Fibre is down AGAIN!!!!! It's been down since 10:55 today and is STILL DOWN!!! What is it with them? Always problems,. This is most definitely NOT service!!! I really DO NOT RECOMMEND Frogfoot

Frogfoot Fibre down AGAIN!!!
So here we go AGAIN...Frogfoot Fibre down AGAIN!!! They're always down. I go onto Hellopeter and give my review, they call us back and have 101 reasons/excuses for their bad service. Eventually we get connected, a little time goes by...repeat. Go onto Hellopeter, same scenario...repeat. Go onto Hellopeter again, same again, repeat. Repeat, repeat, repeat. If you're looking for Fibre, avoid Frogfoot, they actually don't really care...

Game does NOT give any after service
We bought a TV last January 2023. Our TV is now faulty. My husband called Game Boksburg two weeks ago and we're not getting any joy from them. They really don't care. There is NO customer service at all. We need Game to repair this TV but they keep "promising" to send someone or "escalate" the issue.

Frogfoot Fibre down AGAIN!!!
Once again Frogfoot Fibre is down!!! This is happening EVERY WEEK!!! Everyone in out complex that has Frogfoot Fibre is down! AGAIN!!! They are the WORST!!! They phone and blame power, theft and one excuse after the other! They respond but don't sort it out properly!

Frogfoot down AGAIN!!! Stay away from Frogfoot
Once again we have NO Fibre!!!!! Frogfoot is down AGAIN!!! They are the WORST of the WORST but we are stuck with them in the area we stay in. They are always down and always pass the buck to some excuse or another. I REALLY WISH Vumatel would lay Fibre in our area so we can be done with Frogfoot once and for all!!! Whatever you do...STAY AWAY FROM FROGFOOT!!!
