Went to checkers hyper kolonade to buy an explorer that was on special as combined was assisted by a lady name Julia. Asked her if they have stock and she said yes and said I must pay she going to get it for me. I paid when she came back the network connection is not available and they promised to call me yesterday which they did not. Spoke to her now she tells me that the person dealing with them was not in even today and they not sure when they getting stock. My problem is why make promotion with things that are out of stock. Asked for refund she tells me checkers does not have that kind of money in store and hang up the phone. So I'm on my way to the store please get my money ready so that I can go buy elsewhere and teach ur stuff manner and proper customer services not just how to push sales
I'm so so disappointed with King price. My car is stuck at home due to water damaged so I called them to assist with a to my Machanic in Eersterust to check the damages of the vehicle and it's about 55km away from my house. Being with King price for almost 6years and haven't missed any premiums and never claimed anything from then ever since I insured my car. Gave them a call and spoke to some guy at roadside assist and they telling me that they can only help with a tow to nearest dealer which is Rosslyn from my house and any extra km will have to pay R655. I'm telling the OK let me get my own towing that can assist with that price and they refused. Asked to speak to manager they said I must hold which I did instead they still make me speak to adviser. So cutting story short they telling me that because my car is is nolonger under warranty with dealer because is old they can't help they only help with brand new car to dealer. I might as well just cancel my policy because they waiting for me to be accident before they can help. So I'm canceling my policy will them because they not helpful they just want my money
On the 17th January went to change my name at the kolonade branch as I recently got married. Everything went well and nothing was said about my card going to be exchanged. Yesterday tried to do a transaction on my credit card it said transaction not available. Today tried buying medication for my child at card declined. Called the bank spoke to a lady by the name of Hallen from credit card section who was very rude to me and explained my story to her and she told me there is nothing they can do to assist me as the card has being selected as replace not update. And I pleaded with her said I must call after 10min she will see what to do. Called back they said she's busy she will call me back. Still waiting for her call even noe. I'm so disappointed about the back and I've been with them for years but after today not sure if I still want to be part of the bank.
