I hope to be able to update thie 1 star in the future to 5 star. I did a search via hippo and selected a quotation from King Price. They immidiatly sarted with robo calls, I eventully spoke to a consultant yesterday and requested that he send a written quotion via email. I informed him that I would look over it and reply via email. Since then I have received a number of call starting at 8:19 I informed the callers, NOT to call and that I would reply to the email once I have read it over and that if they continued to call I would go somewhere else as it's invasive in my day. Since that two more calls. I looks like a good deal and I will decide once I have read all the terms and conditions, NOT Before
My cousin has had an extremely stressful time with this poor excuse for a company and their agent, Tanya Venter. Firstly as she claimed within 6 months she has had to pay a R4400 penalty over and above from the excess. It has taken 6 weeks to have her VW repaired. The damage was minimal but the insurance refused to let the panel beaters use any genuine parts and they have had to order pirate parts from around the country. One of the items was a bonnet catch and a pirate part was not avaliable, they still refused to pay for the genuine part. When she phones them, there is no feedback, most of the time she can't even get hold of the agent. They have also refused the 3rd party to have his car repaired to an acceptable standard. Case is now with the ombudsman.
Do NOT use this ****mer who goes by the name of Michael. A friend of mines elderly mother was having problems and they invoiced her R5.2k for equipment that was not installed. His excuse for the parts being covered in dust and scratches was that is was in his toolbox but coulldn't answer the question as to why he had invoiced for a top of the line switch (which he confirmed to me on a phone call was installed) but the switch on the property is a differnt make and was sold by Space in 2021 (I traced the serial number) One could also see the spitter was not what he invoiced for and was obviously the origional one as it had a thick layer of dust on it. He also charged her R400 for R70 worth of F-Connectors (I also confirmed the price with Space)
After their payment gateway crashed I have submitted proof of payment 3 times and waiting 6 days with no resolution. Pathetic service
I received an offer for a R2500 voucher that woollies are supposedly giving out from za-vouchers.club shar ed to 20 friends and nothing. Woolworths should as a large corporate keep an eye out. I want my voucher now as I have done as they asked
