I had 2 cellphone contracts with Telekom, they were paid off before the contract period was over. I advised the consultant that I would then continue on Telkom as a pre paid customer. Thereafter I started receiving a bill that kept increasing monthly and was advised that it was due to a debit not going through and they put the charge on me, to date one from Telekom has contacted me vis my escalation. I am now being harassed by a legal company HP Attorneys of whom I have explained the issue to and they keep saying that they will look into the matter and nothing happens. Theses calls and sms's are really getting out of hand and I need answers from Telekom at Management level because their consultants are extremely rude.
on the 2nd of April 2019 I bought 3 vouchers Laser Liposuction from Hyperli of which I was not allowed to redeem, that cost me 447.00. on the 6th of April upon arrival at my first session I am told by Melissa the owner of the practice that the voucher can only be purchased so I showed her my payments even sent her an SMS with screenshots and said she would look into it. during the consultation I learnt the 3 sessions I had paid for were not going to be enough ,instead ended up paying an additional 5000 of which I had to pay before the session . I asked about her working hours because I travel to the south of JHB and could only make sessions during the week at 18:30 as I would heave to drive to the East of Pretoria and she advised that she was flexible as long as there was commination. I weight 59 at the begging of April and did about 6 sessions with her, I have changed my diet completely only to weight 58 by the end of April. 2nd May 2019 was the turning point for me, never in my life have I ever experienced such a terrible service, at 18:15 I was attacked and accused for being late, where as I was 15 minutes early for my appointment. Melissa was beyond rude, shouting and telling me that she runs a business, speaking over me. I asked her to calm down and give me a chance to speak and did not want me to say a word, she went to the extent of telling my sister who has accompanied me there before for my sessions that she was not even suppose to be there waiting for me at the waiting area outside her offices. I want a refund of my money as I cannot pay for services only to be treated with utter disrespect and zero professionalism. you cannot be client facing and behave in such a manner.
I am very disappointed with the service that I get from Planet Fitness including their call centre I was built incorrectly as usual and I am always left to call the contact centre where I get no help from agents I was told a manager would give me a call it has been 3 days and no one has given me a call each time I call and try and speak to a manager I am told that the managers are all busy or I am put on hold until the form drops or my airtime finish is the customer service that people get is pathetic and one should not treat people you get money from in this manner I am still awaiting a phone call as now I am receiving SMS is that my account is in arrears and if I don't want legal action to be taken against me I should contact the same contact centre that is not even bothered to help me with my query Can someone please help me because this is very unprofessional.
