Assisted with traffic fines
Francois Erasmus for QNo More assisted me with paying outstanding traffic fines and he and the team there where absolutely fantastic, even after the traffic department reloaded a fine already paid for he was able to get it sorted out and kept in touch to let me know the progress. Terrible service
I have been emailing Bonitas back and forth since late November with regards to my account, then they tried to debit me for the highest rate they have even after confirming my correct amount. Now I get notified that they have debited mu account twice even after making the payment that they required of me and receiving confirmation of that payment. I have sent multiple emails to call me directly to get this sorted out whereas I missed 1 call and then i get an email stating that the matter is closed. The amount of no-reply emails i have received with absolutely no avail to any of my issues are staggering. This is the worst case I have ever seen of a company closing matters and the issue is unresolved.
