Having a bad experience with Alex, it seems since Alexander left, he took competencies and customer care with him, My wife resigned from her work in Sept, and we are still waiting for her Pension payout, black Friday can forget about us, as we wait, no money to spend but plans still stand. We have just been waiting several minutes on phone calls listening to the automated system, got to say its good at wasting your airtime, big up to that other network providers are proud to benefit
I wish I had read the reviews before buying, STAY AWAY, ordered an item while it was still in stock then few days later the item changed to re-stocking, 3 months later, still re-stocking, no response for my order cancel. I don't know how to take it further, been sending emails.
Early this year(March) I upgraded my tracking unit to a more advanced one with mobile App tracking ability, this included a driver tag which at the time was not available for whatsoever, even now am still waiting for my driver Tag and I have exchanged several emails, with a promise of the tag will be delivered, and handed out my physical address that was requested of me. Still, no driver tag after 5 months, paying for services we don't receive here.
