I bought a pair of jeans 19 October 2017 at your Mall of Africa Top Shop and have only worn it twice. But 20th October 2017 when I was pulling them up, they got torn and can't be worn anymore and I was extremely disappointed then I requested them to be exchanged or refunded . I called the store the lady I spoke to said I must come then I went to the shop because I was told I will get a new pair of jeans then I got there and the Lady I spoke to went to the back to get me a new jean while I was waiting a guy called Vuyo( manager) he told me that I won’t be receiving the new pair of jeans because I forced them on hence they tore, but I explained to him that I fitted the jeans in store the day I bought them. Then I tried contacting top shop brand on Facebook and they responded: “Hi there, feedback from head office states that this has been passed on to the ops team. Has a member of the team been in contact with you?” Then I said “no one has contacted me and I waited for someone to contact me but no one did , I wanted to wear my jeans so badly so I decided to take them to the tailor to be fixed which they were but when I tried them on again they tore for the second time. I have been a customer with the shop for years and never experienced such quality jeans. I have bought a couple of their jeans and they all still okay. I’m so disappointed on how I was treated and the manner in which the store manager spoke to me. I don’t know who to turn to now because this my hard earned money that I chose to sacrifice with their products.
