My wife and I recently had the opportunity to deal with Mastross Inc, when our property required registration Our initial contact was with a pleasant young lady, Quraisha. We received a courteous email from her, introducing herself and the company, and briefing us on the process. We were appraised on all matters, and were given explanations. We were further contacted by Narisha Singh, who introduced herself, and also briefed us on the process. We also received updates from Narisha. The registration took about five (5) months. We are satisfied with this as we were kept abreast of the proceedings, and knew where the delays were caused. Our points of contact with the company were only Quraisha and Narisha, and this made the communication direct and simple.
