Stealing your money!
I am very unsatisfied with this company. This is the one company that tried to ***** me over from day 1 we started renting from them. We rented a property where it was advertised with 2 x parkings, and our lease agreement very clearly states that we get one undercover parking and an addisional parking at no extra charge. First month statement comes they charge me for a parking. I phoned the agent and asked her what's happening. Eventually after a fight she admits that she made a mistake and that the extra parking had to be rented @ R180 per month but that she will pay for it as our agreement was 2 x parkings at no charge. For a few months only after I had to beg every month for a credit on my statement she payed the parking. But for the last 3 months of our lease agreement she did not pay and the amount reflected in arrears on my account. After multiple emails and phone calls (which half of them just got ignored) and going to there office they agreed that they will get her to pay for it and I should just ignore it on my statement. We decided to move as I got so sick and tired of renting from a company that tries to steel from me and where I continously had to fight for my right. At the end of our lease they refunded our deposit but seriously deducted the outstanding amount from my deposit after I got promised it will be sorted. Sent an email beginning of the week to the Director and he doesn't even have the decency of replying on my email, nevermind giving the money back they owe me.

Getting scammed
I'm absolutely disgusted with the service we have been getting. This company has been sitting with Thousands of rands of my husband for literally months and all we are getting is lies and excuses everytime we phone them. Nor are they giving us a refund! I would not recommend anyone to ever use this company to do any paper work for you. They are the biggest scammers!
