We have experienced disgusting service from this company. Our company did work at a supermarket whereby a loan was applied for by the supermarket from Sefa. We should have received payment on the 31st August 2020. We are still waiting with ridiculous excuses and constantly ignoring emails and telephone calls. We have been shunted around for the whole of September with pathetic excuses. Very bad business ethics. We certainly will never recommend Sefa to anyone of our Business associates.

We are still waiting for our refund which was paid for in February and unfortunately had to cancel due to the COVID 19 lockdown. Absolute disgusting service received and no one can get hold of the CEO Andrew Stark.
We had to cancel our booking for the 16th April 2020 due to Covid19. Darren Wessels from the Blackheath Branch hasn't had the decency to respond to our mails. After many attempts to request a refund I eventually managed to get hold of a lady Thea who told me it could take up to 12 weeks for the refund!!! This is totally unacceptable as we paid Flight Centre and NOT Virgin Atlantic. I strongly believe that Flight Centre should refund us less the cancellation fee(which I think is totally unfair as we didn't cancel by choice). This ticket was paid for on the 14/02/20. Flight Centre service from Blackheath is disgusting!!!!!
