The ***** department is a big disappointment. I sold hair to a client and they paid me using *****ulent money into my discovery account. It took the investigator 3 weeks to give me feedback. The investigator said they funds in the account need to be returned back to the other bank. So now I have to wait another 3 weeks just to make use of this account. Why does it take them so long just to remove the money from my account and open it?? Everytime I call the ***** line they keep saying the investigator will call but they always fail to do so. The investigator Simphiwe isn't doing his job properly. I need that account asap. It's been over a month dealing with ****
By far the worst service. I sell hair as a side hustle and I sold to one customer where they transfered money from their African bank account to my discovery account. Next thing I get a sms saying there's a fraud case on my account. I call discovery fraud line and they explain to me that the money transferred to my account was fraudulent. I told them my side of the story as I know nothing about the the source of money. The agent tell me I must submit a affidavit with a case number. I only managed to get the affidavit cause the police could help me with a case. I sent this affidavit 1 March and they never replied. I've been calling daily to follow up and each time I'm told the investigator is gonna call me but nobody calls. I'm honestly fed up with this poor service. I want my account
Mtn has been nothing but a disappointment since November 2020. I tried to do my upgrade over the phone since I gave birth days before the black Friday special. I did the upgrade and that was a huge disaster. I needed to cancel that upgrade due to an incompetent employee. By the 14th of December MTN loads data from my previous package which already expired. By the 28th they deduct R1600 where I use to pay R470 for that and now they dont want to help resolve this issue cause it's really not my fault
This creche is a money hungry creche and not only do they love yelling at your kids but they love sourcing out money from you for unnecessary ****. They expect you to pay full fees in December even of your child doesn't attend. They are the most useless creche I've ever dealt with. The manager Heidi pretends to care about your kids and is one of the most disorganised person I've ever met. Looking for a used car i found this dealership online, upon arrival the initial car I looked for was sold already after waiting 20 minutes before this information was disclosed. But during those 20 minutes I saw another vehicle which was ok but I didn't like. All usual questions were asked and the question that mattered the most is was the car in a accident and the sales agent said "NO it's a bank repossessed car" so I thought it's a good deal.. test drove and I was happy, no regrets Two weeks later I discover that the car was in fact in a accident... I was enraged that they lied to me for a sale... I contacted the dealer and the owner and they denied that they said it wasn't in accident. I had a conversation for an hour with both of them giving me a lousy resolution. The refuse to refund me immediately and I can't sell this car as a lot of companies that buy cars can see the damage so I'm unsuccessful with selling this car The poor service I received after I requested a refund was terrible.
