I contacted Hyper Doors Worcester and request someone to give me a quotation for the installation of an motor for my gate. I've waited 5 days for someone to visited me and another 4 days for the quotation after my wife contacted them numerous of times. I then paid the full amount two weeks ago. A week later on my wife contacted them and ask when will the installation be done. They then informed her that they still waiting for stock and then promised to do the installation as on today. Yesterday my wife again contacted them to confirm the installation for today where after she was informed that the installation will NOT be done today. They then phoned me after my wife requested them to do so. They then phone me and told me arrogantly that they don't have stock but will only be able to install it on Monday. This is not the first time that they gave this excuse. Their service is terrible. I wont recommend them for anyone.
On 2018/02/08 at about 11:45 I went to Ackermans and request to buy their cellphones as displayed. The counter clerk told me that he will get the manager. A lady approached me and said to me she will quickly go and see how many they've got in stock. A third person then approached me and ask if she can assist me. I told her that I wanted to buy all their stock related to cell phones which were below R150 per phone. Apparently they had about 24 in stock. I then first had to explain what do I want to do with the phone, I responded by telling her I wish to give it to all our clients as gifts. The Manager said to me that she are not permitted to sell me this cell phone for she must first get permission from her Risk Manager, I replied that I am willing to wait . She then ask me how many do I want in total, I again responded that I want as much as she can get me. She then told my that she cant contact the other branches for they are all busy with stock taking, and If they do have in stock she must request her Manager to fetch the phones at the various branches and that can take several weeks. Her attitude at no time was as she did not want to assist me. My employee was with me and he also responded by saying that it seems she just keep on providing reasons why she cannot assist us. She did not even responded to his remark. I then turn around and told her to forget about my request and that I will report her for this attitude, where after she just keep on stairing at us, without any comment. We then turn around and left the shop. I don't think that I will ever buy something from Ackermans.
