In my experience with cell c and the drama I had with them I finaly manged to pay my account in full and also cancel my contract now I can breath minus one problem
Good morning sir/ madam. Thank you once again for helping with Cell C. Another issue has occurred that I need assistance from you people with. On the 26th of each month I have paid my amount of 1200 to these Debit Councellors the sms I received by shows that they have debited for March and April 2018 on the 26. However I read the email they sent me saying they did not receive any payment for these 2 months. Should I get a bank statement to check if things are in order before sending it to you people ? That's the only proof I have at the momeñt that I payed them. Kind Regards Yolanda Petersen.
On the 26 of January I paid the amount owed on my CellC account of 320 rand I contacted CellC asking if they received my payment ther response was no.I faxed and emailed them my proof of payment they still told me they never received it. I also have them my new banking details so they updated it and cancelled the old account it was because funds was withdrawn from my account since last year November 2017.My phone has been disconnected since yesterday and I don't know what to do or say to convince these people that I have paid my account.Please can you assist me with this matter Kind regards Yolanda Petersen
