I purchased a lounge suite at Senex Pretoria. They announced on their Facebook page that a gift would be provided with the purchase made. I contacted the branch and spoke with the branch manager, but no gifts were received. Why share this on Facebook if it isn't real?
I phoned the call centre of King Price today and was helped by Tlotlo Mogotsi, This is truly the most helpfull and professional service I have ever encountered from King Price. Thank you Tlotlo you are a star.
In 2021, we (JV Electrical) engaged Burst Digital to design a website for our company. Unfortunately, despite full payment and repeated attempts to contact your team, the website has never been finalized. Additionally, the contact phone number we have has changed, and we have received no further feedback from your side. Given the lack of progress and communication, we request a reimbur*****t of at least 75% of the payment made. This situation has been incredibly disappointing and far from the level of service we expected. We hope to resolve this matter amicably and promptly. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
We have been trying to cancel the service for literally years. Their agressive marketing strategy is rediculous. You cannot talk to anybody. If you do phone they tried to put through *****ulent transactions through our bank account.
Dstv is placing excising customers under pressure to convert to the new explorer decoder. If you do not convert to the explorer your account get rebooted every day on the same times 20 to 30 times per day which account to viewing time being lost and no refund. As I contacted other people on a facebook group it seems that everyone with a duel view pvr decoder gets targeted, as we are not the only ones. Please could someone help to resolve this problem for us.
