Second hand books
Wonderful service from Gert! I ordered 3 second hand books from their wide range online, and they were delivered the next day. Condition and prices were both great.

Great service
My house was hit by lightning and quite a few items were damaged. I battled to register the claim online, and decided I needed to speak to somebody - it took a long time before my call was answered. Bianca Peterson is the claims administrator I was put on to, and she and Thato Mekgoe (who took over during Christmas) did a wonderful job of handling my claim. They were friendly and quick to reply to my concerns, and I am a happy customer.
