I booked accommodation on 18 August 2019 for 24-27 June 2020. Their service provider ceased trading - after I paid, and they cancelled the booking. I am now out od pocket, and cannot find similar accommodation
Please explain to me why you do not have anybody at your information desk on Sunday morning at 10:27. I need to buy a R2300 gift voucher urgently, and today is the only day I could. Saying the person who should be here resigned with immediate effect is not an excuse and is definitely not my problem. Please come tomorrow is also not the right answer. I cannot come tomorrow. There were two other ladies also needing vouchers The manager in charge does not seem interested in coming to the mall to help. This is not service
