They were a bit slow to respond, but I found a great nanny. She is great with my baby and the process was easy.

False advertising
When you book a camping site for a weekend, you expect to be able to use the facilities. Here, however, our kids of 4-7 were not able to use the pool at a birthday party because other people wanted to use the pool alone. There are two lapas you can hire and only one is at the pool. We booked an entire weekend and the kids were not allowed to swim because the people at the other lapa didn't want to share. In the end we had to pack up and ask for our money back. We had 10 crying kids who were only trying to enjoy a birthday. They can't advertise a pool as part of the package and then deny kids access. In the end they were allowed to swim for a short while, but we were not allowed to watch them. Most of them cannot swim, but we weren't allowed to supervise our own kids.
