Hi Soulstice. I usually LOVE LOVE LOVE your spa, my whole family does but we were sadly disappointed by our last visit. I decided to surprise my mom with some treatments for her birthday on Saturday last weekend, although we loved the treatments there were a few things that took away from the experience: 1. Upon arrival, we went outside to the new jacuzzi area as we hadn't been there since you finished the renovations. We were followed by a lady who came rushing out to tell us we weren't allowed to be there as the area had been booked privately? I thought this area was part of the facilities and if not, why not put a sign up - It always used to be? 2. After our first treatment we decided to have a cup of coffee in the waiting area - the coffee machine was not working and the urn was empty. We asked a lady that was passing by if we could maybe have some more water and she looked very disgruntled by the request. Needless to say, after she had been gone for a while we decided to ditch the coffee and go for a swim. 3. Once inside the warm indoor pool, there is a terrible stench - sewerage like coming from the overflow tiles. 4. There were no towels available, we had to dry ourselves with our robes.
