Unfair practices and questionable advice
I app**** 29 days ago. Last week, I was told they couldn't find my application, that they would cancel that applicatio (how, if they couldn't find it) and reapply. I did this only to be told that I have an existing application on the system. I was also told that if you earn too little or too much, you're declined. Yet, the minimim income is R1850. Why are SASSA pensioners being declined for earning too little? They either decline you or 'lose' your application

ASAP...definitely not as soon as possible.
I placed an order at 10:05 this morning. It is currently 14:12 and I am still waiting. I've had a call from ASAP to let me know they're looking into it, but this is not the first time. At other times, some of the things I order are out of stock. There should be a way to let the customer know so that we can choose something else, instead of being forced to order again and pay another delivery fee. Not impressed. Checkers was better.
