Its Black Friday and Edgars Mall Of Africa have 3 people on tills. They are on a go slow. Absolutely pathetic. Its no wonder Edgars are doing so bad. Poor planning. Last time I ever shop at Edgars

The worst customer experience I have ever had. When I complained to Conrad ( the owner) he told me to F*** off out of shop and I am a F*****g P***. Never in my life have I been spoken to in such a way. If this is the way Conrad talks to his customers the i highly recommend never to use this business for your services and purchases. The bike sat there for two weeks to be repaired and they did nothing proactive to repair the bike. When you complain about the poor service you get sworn at.
I have been attempting to get connected to Vumatel with no avail. They were very quick to dig up my pavement and lay down their cables and that's were it ended. They promise to install and connect you within 30 days. You will be lucky to even get a call back, let alone be connected. Its unfortunate that their is no other fibre option to compete against VUMATEL. Their promise is not worth the paper they have written on, probably the worst, non existent customer service ever. I would rather pay a premium for wireless cellular data than deal with VUMATEL
