I’ve booked a place on booking.com. For an Anniversary. It was canceled by the host due to over booking. Now I need to wait 7 - 12 days for a refund. The anniversary is 6 days away. They don’t even try and assist. Just cancel. Your problem. Don’t use them. I was warned by a previous person that stayed with them. I didn’t listen. Stay away!
I’ve made a booking for Anniversary at Langebaan Beach towers. It was a double booking I was told. It is one week away. I’ve paid and it was canceled by the host. Now I need to wait 7 to 12 days for a refund. Where do I get money for any other booking as it is 6 days away? Bad bad bad service !!!! Don’t use them! I am out of pocket and don’t have a plan B
They take your money and when they need to pay they run away. I payed all my installments. I got injured while working. I have a disability/ Injury clause in my life policy. I fall in the category that I can claim. They just say NO. I made a mistake to switch to Sanlam. Lost money in the prosess. Unhappy is an understatement. Why do we pay for a service if they can’t keep clients happy? Useless useless useless
My Fiancé was in a accident. Outsurance said that they will replace the vehicle. After we did not hear anything for a week we gave them a call to hear what was going on. They said they have sent documentation to MFC for approval for replacement of vehicle and it will take plus minus 10 days for approval. After another week we called to hear if they have any update for us just to get told WE need to give MFC a call ourselves because it is not Outsurance job to do it. We got telephone number of contact person at MFC Just to be told that they did not receive the documentation as stated by Outsurance. After Calls between MFC and Outsurace it was discovered that the wrong document numbers was sent to MFC. The correct document was sent by Outsurance to MFC and we were told to wait a few days. After yet another weekl we gave Outsurance a call again for a update (This was now 3 weeks later). Yet again we were told to phone MFC. Now MFC said that they AGAIN did not receive the correct documentation. They told us that IF they receive the correct documentation that it will take 10 working days. This will then be 5 weeks. Outsurance just take the money of the clients. They don't help us at all. When we phone they are NEVER available and they will always phone back. But the never do. No manager is ever available. We are going to lose our jobs. We cant buy a vehicle because the bank cant help us. Outsurance is paying games. If we need to wait another 10 days we need to be given a rental because it is not our fault that these people don't know what they are doing. We cant be held responsible for the bad admin at Outsurance. Please advise..... Or will you also "phone back" This is VERY VERY VERY VERY Unprofessional
