Positive experience at Home Affairs in Simmonds Streets
I recently visited Home Affairs at Simmonds Street, and I was incredibly impressed by how smooth the process was. The staff were professional, approachable, and willing to guide people through each step, which made the experience far less stressful than expected. There was hardly a queue, and the service desks were well-organised. I appreciated that the team were patient and polite. The location inside the Standard Bank building also felt secure and easy to access. My overall experience was positive, and I left with my application processed efficiently. ⭐ Rating: 5/5 – Friendly service, organised process, and a much better experience than anticipated.

Nkhensani Rikhotso took my call. She asked if I was safe - that assured me I was in good hands. She then arranged for a tow truck to come and tow me to a location of my choice and within minutes was assisted. I was extremely grateful, and impressed!

Excellent service from Lokal Plumbers
I discovered a leak in my yard late one Saturday afternoon. I called Lokal Plumbers and spoke with Shawn Lok. He advised me adequately on what to do until such time as he could come to my premises to repair the leak. He arrived first thing on Monday morning and within minutes the fault was found and repaired. His team then did an inspection around the property to ensure that there were no other problems. His team was polite, efficient and knowledgable. I received an account in a prompt and professional manner. I would highly recommend Lokal Plumbers as my problem was treated with concern and sincerity, and the work that was carried out was done in an efficient and professional manner. Shawn was available at any time telephonically, and it truly was a pleasure dealing with him.

I needed roadside assistance and called MiWay
I needed roadside assistance and called MiWay. My call was handled in a very calm and reassuring way. I was kept informed at every step. The tow truck driver arrived within half an hour of my case being logged, he was polite and informative and got us to our destination promptly. I called MiWay for roadside assist as I had a flat tyre
I called MiWay for roadside assist as I had a flat tyre. Sabelo Dlamini took my call and organized assistance for me. Windy Musa and Charles arrived promptly, changed my tyre and within minutes I was mobile again. Sabelo and Windy both conducted themselves in a professional manner and were polite and helpful. The situation was dissolved easily and speedily.

Excellent service from Andre Potgieter
