Do not support. Bad environment. Once you cancel your contract they will treat you like a sweaty towel. While you try and figure out, how to cancel your contract if they refuse to correspond with you. Really bad guys, do not try this for yourself I learned the lesson for you.
No standards bank has no clue what is going on, they do not follow the law nor do they have any regard for clients. I can not wait to see you guys going down the drain. Enough is enough Standard bank Mall@Reds I am putting the ball in your court now. I will be standing outside your bank from the third week in March and offering anybody R200 if they close all their accounts, I will increase this weekly. Good luck **** heads.
I am delighted to be banking with Capitec. I can see why they are rapidly growing their client base. The service in the branch was very good when opening the account. The costs are straight forward and easy to understand, good job guys keep it up.
No Standards bank, still sucks, I have complaints that date back to the start of 2018. They have no interest in assisting current or new clients. The longer you have problems the more illegal costs they can run up on your account. Please people do not make the same mistake I did, avoid this bank at all costs. I still want to know how I can short Standard bank stocks. This bank will follow VBS and African Bank down the drain.
Save yourself and do NOT use Standard bank ever, if you hate your spouse a Standard bank account would be a great Valentines present. 1. Standard bank will still deduct money from which ever accounts they see fit, in which ever way/day or scale they see fit even after losing against the NCR in court, they do not require your permission, because if there is a problem you will be roughly escorted to step 2 2. Standard bank will hire mobster like, debt collectors, Norlam Attorneys and friends to harras and dehumanize you. They act outside the law, and I am sure they will never go to court pursue debt due to the number of basic laws they break on a daily basis. If you have not been driven to absolute insanity yet kindly go straight to step 3 3. Standard bank has so many hidden costs, the staff at the branches, would require at least 6 years extra full time training in philosophy to try and explain it. Standard bank does not understand or know how to manage the services they sell. I feel like this bank is beyond repair, anyone know where I can Short Standard bank stocks? Standard bank also has major customer service problems and your queries will never be resolves, so do not waste your time.
I have a student loan with standard bank. So in an attempt to complete my studies (and pay my final year) I now have to deal with this horrible customer service. This complaint is on top of the fact that the service fee they charge on my loan is roughly 20% as big as the monthly interest. What am I paying this service fee for, service does not exist it is a myth. I have phoned their complaints department close to 10 times in order to resolve my problems, I keep getting the same answers I will phone around and find out for you and call you back this is the biggest lie. The first time they put me on hold for around 20 min and after assuming they went on lunch I had to put the phone down in order to continue with my work. I mustered up the courage and phoned again and this is where it got really ridiculous. I have been told to go to the branch 3 times after I had already been at the branch for more than 2 hours. They informed me that I would have an answer regarding my queries on 17 January. It is now more than a month later and no resolve has been found. I get calls from at least 3 different branches telling me that they don't know what's going on, they don't know what to do. Once again their famous lie we are working on it we will call you later today once it has been sorted. This has been a horrible experience. Planning on closing my accounts soon, anybody know of a bank that has a little something called service???
