Delicious food combined with customer service excellence
We recently used The Imagination Box to cater for a private graduation celebration function. From the first engagement with Warren he did what he promised – he took away the stress of catering. They offer a wide variety of menus and he guided us through the various options. The food was not only delicious but plentiful - even with guests going back for second and third helpings. Warren’s hands on approach and he’s unwavering passion for client satisfaction is quite rare. We would recommend The Imagination Box without reservation.

Service like this is hard to find
We had a kitchen installed by ELK in January. We dealt with the Waterkloof branch which handled everything perfectly well. The stars however were the installers: Alwyn and Hendrik. The installation was done on a Friday and they continued working until the job was done (and done perfectly) - which was at 20:45. They did not complain once that they had to work late on a Friday evening - it was more important to them to do the job properly. Service like this is hard to find today!
