Very poor business conduct and patient interaction

I received an SMS today from the accounts department of Dr Johan Schutte indicating that I have an outstanding amount due for x-rays....which I don't. It was a foul attempt to collect arrears from my parents, as they put me on as next of kin. This account was settled on the 2nd of January already (I have proof)!! Here is some patient interaction advice for the accounts department at Dr Schutte and Vernote: - Before you threaten with legal action and interact with you patients in an unacceptable rude fashion....perhaps update your records first and treat your patients with some dignity. Sies!!!! you are rude and someone needs to teach you some manners. Shame on you...
