Bad accounting
Dr schutte randfontein The service is good but the guys at the accounts department is useless They are very quick to hand you over. Payment on an account was made every month and yet i received a conformation from a lawyer stating i was handed over. These guys do not do account recons at all. I have done the payments via bank eft with a ref number and even that they cannot pick up

Bad accounting
Dr schutte randfontein The service is good but the guys at the accounts department is useless They are very quick to hand you over. Payment on an account was made every month and yet i received a conformation from a lawyer stating i was handed over. These guys do not do account recons at all. USELESS ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT
Never in my life did I have to beg en plea a Doctor's room to email me a statement, to pay THEM. Eventually when you do get the statement and make immediate payment, it takes more that a month for them to allocate payment on their account. Does Dr Schutte not care that his accounts department is useless? Dr Schutte, en Margery Steyn in rekeninge trek julle sokkies op, julle is pateties!

We went to see the doctor on 22.09.22 then discovery didn't pay them on 26.09.22 . In stead of sending us a letter or phoning us they handed us over to a credit bureau.telling you once you going on ITC The amount was R647.70 that we were suppose to pay . After receiving a call from the attorney yesterday got a suprise that I owe them money of R2670.89 . I went to the office then the lady send me the info that they tried to contact us . After going thru the info there was spelling errors in the email that's why we didn't receive anything for payment . After making contact with Tanya at their accounts she just say you have to pay and don't see her fault and withdraw her mistake. Says she even post us a letter we haven't received anything . This is ***** ......you can't hand someone over if we didn't even know there's a account to be paid and once put it against your name that you keep completly clean .

Ek is April gestuur vir ekstrale - die Medies het nie betaal nie en NIEMAND het my laat weet nie. September is Ek gekontak rakende die rekening en 4 Oktober is hulle betaal R1299 - vandag 5 November dreig hulle prokureur van Redelinghuys vir ongeveer R200 regakoste wat niks met my te doen het 'n maand later nie te "blacklist" MOENIE DIE DOKTER GEBRUIK NIE HULLE ADMIN IS SHOCKING

STAY AWAY FROM THEM
I had an amount of R688.40 which the medical aid did not cover and being a single parent I could not afford to pay it all at once. This I also only found out after I received an email saying they are going to hand me over. I did not once receive an email or phone call telling me there is an amount outstanding. I sent an email to their accounts dept to say I would pay R100 per month until it is settled. I did so religiously and on time each month only to receive final demand but sent the lawyer my payment arrangement email and proof of all the payments and did not hear a word further. Now a month later, I have the sheriff at my gate delivering a summons. Will NEVER use them again. Go and look at their google reviews, everyone says the same.

WHY HAVE THEY NOT BEEN REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES?
How Dr Schutte and is staff have not been closed down is an absolute mystery. My medical issues were never resolved and now I am being hounded by their Debt Collectors for an amount paid last year to the practise in full ... claiming "Legal" fees or they will have me listed!! How can they keep getting away with this? Should this not be reported to the police?

Very poor business conduct and patient interaction
I received an SMS today from the accounts department of Dr Johan Schutte indicating that I have an outstanding amount due for x-rays....which I don't. It was a foul attempt to collect arrears from my parents, as they put me on as next of kin. This account was settled on the 2nd of January already (I have proof)!! Here is some patient interaction advice for the accounts department at Dr Schutte and Vernote: - Before you threaten with legal action and interact with you patients in an unacceptable rude fashion....perhaps update your records first and treat your patients with some dignity. Sies!!!! you are rude and someone needs to teach you some manners. Shame on you...
