SMEG not reliable!
Why does it take SMEG more that 3 YEARS to find out why my gas oven does not stay on? Every time they replace the thermal couple to only last 3-5 months then the same problem re-occur! I will advise to never buy SMEG gas oven!

Bad accounts department
Yep! They don't send invoices or statements but then they contact your references for payment. I had to phone and follow up with them more than 5 times just to get an invoice.

Poor service from Defy and Tafelberg
Please make sure that no one at Tafelberg Furniture tells you that Grundig is a new "brand". Grundig = Defy. The same quality and the same poor service and guarantees. Bought a fridge and freezer 1 year ago and the paint on both is coming off. Defy replaced the fridge but not the freezer! I battle with phone call everyday to sort this out. If I knew I would have never bought this. R20k school fees paid, but not again.
