USELESS ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT
Never in my life did I have to beg en plea a Doctor's room to email me a statement, to pay THEM. Eventually when you do get the statement and make immediate payment, it takes more that a month for them to allocate payment on their account. Does Dr Schutte not care that his accounts department is useless? Dr Schutte, en Margery Steyn in rekeninge trek julle sokkies op, julle is pateties!

Shockingly bad service from the accounts department

USELESS
I HAVE TRIED TO CHANGED MY SALARY DATE FOR MANY MONTHS.I CALLED, EMAILED & HAD ONLINE CHATS WITH MANY PEOPLE, EVERY TIME I HAVE TO GIVE THE SAME INFORMATION: EMPOLYER NAME & NUMBER SALARY DATE ETC, AND STILL IT IS NOT UPDATED, EACH MONTH I HAVE TO PAY A PENALITY AT MY BANK BECAUSE BOODLE DOES NOT UPDATE THEIR RECORDS
