We went to see the doctor on 22.09.22 then discovery didn't pay them on 26.09.22 . In stead of sending us a letter or phoning us they handed us over to a credit bureau.telling you once you going on ITC The amount was R647.70 that we were suppose to pay . After receiving a call from the attorney yesterday got a suprise that I owe them money of R2670.89 . I went to the office then the lady send me the info that they tried to contact us . After going thru the info there was spelling errors in the email that's why we didn't receive anything for payment . After making contact with Tanya at their accounts she just say you have to pay and don't see her fault and withdraw her mistake. Says she even post us a letter we haven't received anything . This is ***** ......you can't hand someone over if we didn't even know there's a account to be paid and once put it against your name that you keep completly clean .

Im a client of absa dor 10 years. Booked accomodationnon the 21/12/2019 in booking com. I saw then the photosnon google maps and the net is not the same so i went to absa to blok the money and reverse it at clearwateron 21/12/2019 R3265 were paid to booking.com. 24/12/2019.so they stop it and gave me a new card . On 24/12/2019 - R3265 went in my account . On 24/12/2019 - R3265 went out of my account on 31/12/2019 R3265 went in my account again on 02/01/2020 R3265 went out of my account again on 23-01-2020 R3266 went out of my account again . Case were open at moloko 011 354 5439 all that this lady says is thwy had to take it so many times as i received 2 refunds myabe im blind because i dont see it. Going to close my account and movevto standard bank if i left it and just waited for booking .com to refund me absa would have stolen my money. No.moneys were refinded they told me a case were opened and that i should wait .
