Our business booked a shipment on their site for collection in Kleinmond. When we tried to drop off, the pin was rejected. We contacted the Customer Support via email.... after telling us everything they could do, we asked for a refund. This was also not possible as they need a copy of the id of the account holder and we paid from a business account. Are they serious? How many companies are they *********** like this? How many customers give up trying to get their R60.00 back? Are they making more from "unclaimable refunds" than from their shocking service??
How Dr Schutte and is staff have not been closed down is an absolute mystery. My medical issues were never resolved and now I am being hounded by their Debt Collectors for an amount paid last year to the practise in full ... claiming "Legal" fees or they will have me listed!! How can they keep getting away with this? Should this not be reported to the police?
Went to exchange an Anniversary gift at the beginning of December - 2 thin silver bangles for 1 thick silver bangle. Was told via email that I will need to pay and additional R800.00! When I asked for a break down on how they got this this amount... no response. 3 emails later and nothing! This have my whole purchase and our money but could not be bothered to reply to our mails. Business must be good to afford to chase customers away.
What an amazing group of Ladies! The only thing better than the service is the quality of their work. From beauty treatments ... to nails ... to hair. they are better than fabulous!

My daughter's eye lashes on the right side were damaged and broke after a lash lift at Royal Brow'ness. According to their Facebook page, this is not the first time something like this has happened. Now claim that her lashes were like that before!! and refuse to refund us. Have the recording of the conversation with the manager... exceptionally rude.
My daughter went for a lash lift and within three days the right eyelashes started breaking and falling out!! When she went back to your store, she was told by your manager, that this is her fault, because she uses waterproof mascara. This is why I know you are lying: 1. We have both had lash lifts done before at other salons and both use waterproof mascara and this has never happened before! 2. Why only one eye?? Makes absolutely no sense!! 3. Surely you would tell customers not to use waterproof mascara if this was the case??? Incompetence is one thing, but trying to cover it up with such a blatant lie is a new level of disgusting!!! We will NEVER set foot in your store again and will post this on all social media sites.
What on earth is going on with The Courier Guy? They used to be the best in SA, now you are lucky if they know where your shipment is!! Yet they have no problem charging your account before they actually deliver. We have an account with them, and up until recently, everything has work well. Order collected - tracking of order available on their portal - order delivered on time - payment deducted from your account. NOW! Order collected late - no one knows where it is - no updates on the portal - payment deducted but no delivery - endless phone calls (to rude or totally uninterested staff)- order delivered late.
Took my son to rent a suit for him matric farewell. What amazing service! I sat back while they kitted him out from top to toe.
I contacted their deli department with an urgent request for a food platter for that afternoon. I was told that orders needed to be made the day before, which I totally understood as this was the answer I was getting from every other store and restaurant I called. I didn't leave my name of number and ended the call. I short while later a received a call from the same deli lady. She said she could help us with mini pies and other items stocked in their store. WOW!!! she had gone to reception and asked for whoever answered my call to look up my number and had gone out of her way to help us out! That is what I call flippin amazing service!!! The platter was amazing and the staff were superstars! It was carried for me to my car and I will most definitely get all our platter from them in the future.
