STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I had an amount of R688.40 which the medical aid did not cover and being a single parent I could not afford to pay it all at once. This I also only found out after I received an email saying they are going to hand me over. I did not once receive an email or phone call telling me there is an amount outstanding. I sent an email to their accounts dept to say I would pay R100 per month until it is settled. I did so religiously and on time each month only to receive final demand but sent the lawyer my payment arrangement email and proof of all the payments and did not hear a word further. Now a month later, I have the sheriff at my gate delivering a summons. Will NEVER use them again. Go and look at their google reviews, everyone says the same.
