These guys are horrible when it comes to delivering of parcels They send out SMS/WhatsApp notifications to say they will deliver but they never pitch for the delivery date as per message Even when you phone their head office they just say they will deliver the parcel on a specified day but that doesn't even happen. They are the worst courier company
I have bought a 46" hisense uhd 4k smart tv and it was working fine for the first few months and then the Hdmi ports gave in and i could not use the ports any more. I have contacted Hisense and informed them of my problem and was informed they will get to back to me after more or less 3 months up and down finall a got a call from hisense telling me they are sending a tecnician to have the motherboard replaced. The tecnician was at my house only to realize the board was incorrect. A new requist was raisedfor the correct motherboard and a week later the tecnician was back with another board only once again the see the board is incorrect, after another call i was informed that another tecnician will come and replace the board. 2 weeks later the tecnician was at my house to replace the board. The board was replaced and the hdmi port was jumping on the screen. The tecnician replaced the board with the old board with the hdmi poerts that is not workin. On the job card was written faulty motherboard. the monday i got a call from the repair centre again informing me that the tv unit needs to be uplifted and send in for repairs on a repair centre. i asked the person on the other side that if the unit is not fixed will Hisense replacece the unit as this is being a up and down with no fix on my problem and was told if they cant get the unit fixed thay will contact Hisense. The unit was picked up at my house and was taken to the repair centre. Another week later and i recieved a call that the unit is fixed and will be delivered at my house. The unit arrived at my hoiuse and the tecnician installed the unit only the see that the proble is still not fixed. yet again i have contacted the repair guysand asked what now only to be told that as per their reports the unit is fixed. but as per tecnician installing and testing the unit stated on the job repair card the unit is still not working. So up to now im still awaiting feed back from the tecnicians on what to happen going forward. I have alsoi contacted Hisense via mail on my requist to have the unit replaced as the repair centre could not get the unit fixed and my unit is still not working on the hdmi ports. So i have just send another mail to Hisense asking for a replacement on my tv unit and yet still no response
Dr schutte randfontein The service is good but the guys at the accounts department is useless They are very quick to hand you over. Payment on an account was made every month and yet i received a conformation from a lawyer stating i was handed over. These guys do not do account recons at all. I have done the payments via bank eft with a ref number and even that they cannot pick up
