Dear Ford Credit, Thanks so much for not even taking the time to reply to my various mails send to extend my relief plan with 3 months. Not even to talk about the SMS’s that I received from Ford Credit witch gave me the option to reply with a “2” if I am not in a financial state to resume me repayment on 01/09/2020, and I replied to those SMS’s about 5 times that my situation has not changed. SO, I applied for a extension of my relief plan for another 3 months on 2 platforms with no reply on ether of the tow……… I now have to borrow money from friends to repay my Ford Credit account as my bank is not even responding to my requests, and this after I financed 3 cars through Ford Credit and around 4 cars through ABSA Finance with never missing 1 repayment on those accounts. Even when I first applied for the Relief plan in April 2020 it was only approved and applied in June 2020. Also after begging and several email exchanges. Is this what the Ford Credit Service Delivery values and standards has been lowered to , as I was n ABSA Staff member for 22 years and this is the very reason why I left ABSA as to the level of service interiorly as it seems it has now ****led over to the ABSA Client as well. I will assure you that I will think twice in the future to purchase my next car through Ford Credit (ABSA). Thanks so much assisting me up till now. After a lot of begging from a valued client….. as quoted in the SMS’s you send me…..
I really don't know what to do....... I have now applied for Covid-19 payment relief a full 3 times as n loyal trusted client since 2008. I have attached more documents as required and still not even a phone call.... since 15.04.2020. Is this really the way that Direct Axis rewards there trusted clients for honoring there payments for years ? Can some one just come back to me in this regard. I would really appreciate it....... I am still honoring my payments but I have now ran out of additional funds.....
So much for offering your clients a Covid-19 relief plan if you don't even bother to provide any feedback on our applications. I have applied for the 3 month Covid-19 payment break as I am directly effected by the Covid-19 outbreak. This was done on 19/04/2020 where I have included all my employer correspondence, Payslips of before and after the outbreak and correspondence from my Manager. You just don't get any response from Ford Credit. No feedback on if your application is been looked at. Eventually I had some reply from John van Zyl who send me a mail that he has now logged my application as a complaint for urgent processing...... Again n week went passed with no feedback..... Send a mail to John to ask what is happening and he just referred me right back to FCrelief@absa.co.za where I have send my original application to, the first time........ This is how Ford Credit looks after his loyal customers as it is not my first Ford Credit account that I have. I think that the BIG COVID-19 RELIEF FLAG on Ford SA's website is just a made believe that they care but in real life....... they don't give a rats ass......
I have applied for a quote on 14 Feb 2018 and they didn't even bother to contact me or to return any of my mails send to them and by name - Elda from the Brits region. I would not do business with them ever as they don't need new business........
